Red Hot Chilli
November 6, 2007
Do you like your food hot? I do. In fact, I seek out hot food. This type of chili — known in Malay language the “cili api”, literally fire chili — is the spiciest of the species, and is also among the smallest.

If anything, this is one fruit you’d better not take lightly for its size. I can tell you one thing — it’s hot!

Awesome shots their, nice macro work, one tip would be to work a lot more with the plane of your depth of field, you have a narrower depth of field, so it helps if you are parralel with your subject, keeping it all in focus,
have a look here for some of my macro work:

That is one of the setbacks of a point and shoot camera. Can’t “play” much with the depth of field but perhaps, with a little bit more of experimenting, and taking more shots, the depth can be varied, but I just took two shots, the other unusable…
Anyway I’ve check you site and liked the pictures very much. The gecko lizard pictures, they are awesome!
