“Jetliner” Moth

I’ve only seen this species of moth once, and I was lucky to have my camera with me. This one does not look like your ordinary moth but I know it is a moth. Don’t ask me how did I know. I just knew this is a moth.

Anyway, this is the only picture I manage to take of the moth. If you like, you can also see interesting pictures of strange-winged moths here.

Super cool insect! Great capture! Where was this photo taken? (ie, which part of the world or United States?)

Hi Daniel,

This photo is taken at a village in the northern part of Borneo Island. Your nature picture blog is very interesting and informative.
