It has been more than two weeks since I last blogged here.
I’m back now and is finalising a rather long user review of the Canon PowerShot SX1 IS.
In the meantime, here are some pictures from my Borneo trip, taken with the SX1 IS, with minor post processing.

Hi, congrats on your purchase of the SX1 IS.
What I did for the close-up pictures was to set the dial at P mode and engaged the super macro feature of the camera.
As for the cock fighting, the camera was set at Tv and I increased the speed to 1/400 and took the picture in continuous shooting mode. I was able to shoot at high shutter speed because of the bright sunny day.
After I had taken the picture, I played the role of a peace maker and separated the two fighting roosters
