When rumours of Canon 60D began circulating, questions were ask how would Canon position the new DSLR vis-a-vis the Canon EOS 7D, the camera initially thought to be the 50D replacement.
Among the questions asked was whether the 60D be positioned above or below the 7D? While nothing much is known so far, rumours have it that the 60D will have a tilt-and-swivel LCD screen, and a heavy emphasis on video recording.
If the purported snapshots of the 60D over at Canon Rumors are anything to go by, the 60D will be the first pro-level DSLR camera in modern time to have a tilt-swivel LCD screen. Olympus has one on the E-3, a camera release in 2007, but that was a light years ago, an era where no one believed video shooting would find its way in DSLR cameras.
