Can a trigger-happy snap shooter blogger suffer from blogger’s block? You bet he can, especially if blogging is something he does on best effort basis. There are times when he just losses interest in the whole thing, even in taking pictures; which is a funny thing because taking photos is easy in this digital era.

Roots

I guess the key is not to lose the momentum. A blogger should not be absent from blogging for an extended period or else he would find trouble getting back into the rhythm.

Plants are a great source of inspiration for macro photography. They are rich in texture, colours and shapes and virtually every part is photograph-worthy. Besides, there will always be there, posing for you in perpetuity.

They will just sit where they are and sometimes you can come back to shoot them another time if needs be.

Raindrops or dews perching on leaves never failed to amaze me that there are even times I purposely set out just to photograph them. To me, they symbolise freshness and nature’s way of telling us that it is thriving despite all the calamities and that it will continue to support life on this planet.
